Shipping Policy

Beer Club:

Curated beer boxes and beer store orders deliver approximately within 10 business days. Beer club subscriptions deliver the 3rd and 4th week of the month but may ship to arrive sooner. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Please use our online gift message feature when placing a gift order to email your gift announcement on a specific date.

You must be 21 or older to receive a shipment and an adult signature over 21 years of age is required.

Wine Club:

Wine club subscriptions deliver the 3rd and 4th week of the month but may ship to arrive sooner. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Please note: We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

 

Returns & Replacements

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for any issues with your order.

If a package is refused or returned after three delivery attempts, a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund. If you’d like the order reshipped, a $20 reshipment fee will apply.

If your package was returned due to damage during transit, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement right away.

Express Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping at this time. If you have questions about your order timeline, please contact us at info@greatclubs.com.

 

ALCOHOL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All orders are shipped by applicable Licensed Retailers or Breweries or Wineries. Title to such shipment passes from the applicable Licensed Retailer or Brewery or Winery to the Buyer upon the shipment of your order. By placing an order, the buyer warrants that the beer is only for personal consumption and not for resale.  Buyer warrants that he or she is at least 21 years of age and certifies that the shipment will be received and signed by a person at least 21 years of age.

other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risk, and, during
